The following information provides a brief overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

In brief: this website does not store anything on your device, neither cookies nor localStorage. This is why you will not see a cookie banner here. We do not use advertising or third-party trackers. We operate our own audience measurement system, which does not store your IP address. Fonts are loaded locally from our servers. Appointments are booked through our own booking instance, rather than a third-party cloud service.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Content is served from servers in the EU (Frankfurt am Main region). When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (such as your IP address, date and time of access, and browser and operating system information) to provide the website and ensure its security.

To understand how our website is used, we employ a statistics system we developed ourselves that minimises data collection. We do not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics), and no cross-site tracking takes place.

Nothing is stored on or read from your device for this purpose; neither cookies nor localStorage are used. The following data is processed:

The data is stored in our own database (see the Supabase section) and used exclusively for internal statistics. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing and improving our services). You may object to processing at any time (see “Your rights”).

We use Supabase, a database service provided by Supabase Inc., to store data such as statistics. Our Supabase instance is hosted in the EU. A data processing agreement is in place with Supabase. Further information: supabase.com/privacy.

To book discovery calls and appointments, we operate our own instance of the open-source software Cal.com at cal.rewiredagency.de on infrastructure managed by us (Google Cloud). Your booking data is not transferred to Cal.com's cloud service.

We process the information you provide when booking: your name, email address, selected appointment and any optional details about your enquiry. Processing is carried out to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you contact us by email, we store your information, including the contact details you provide, to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to performing a contract or is necessary for steps prior to entering into a contract; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from our servers. No connection is established to Google servers (Google Fonts) or other font providers.

Links to external platforms such as LinkedIn are simple links. We do not embed social media plugins that transfer data to third parties when a page loads.

This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection when the browser address changes from “http://” to “https://”.
